Sparkling River Condominiums in Hudson, New Hampshire is being offered as a phased development. The condominium unit styles consist of newly constructed free standing homes, duplex townhouses and multi-unit townhouses. Homes in each phase will be available only after they have been registered by the New Hampshire Department of Justice Consumer Protection and Antitrust Bureau of the Attorney General's office. Currently we are offering new home condominiums in Phase One and Phase Two.
