I am taking a chance that this is your e mail address at ECH.
I have been wanting to write you to tell you that we are enjoying our home very,
very, much. We finally moved in on April 24. I asked Jaima to relay the message that so far you have been
right (as all men usually are :)... about not hearing anything from the adjoining
unit.
Everyone here has been EXTREMELY helpful in fixing the little quirks that I know
can go wrong with a newly built home. Jeff, and Dave have immediately followed
through with any questions that I had. You have a GREAT CREW ... that includes
everyone from the top to the bottom. The in charge people, the painters, Lori and
Sue, right down to the laborers who always have a hello and a friendly smile.
This is a great reflection on their boss.............YOU :) Please give yourself
a big, well deserved pat on the back.
I also want to tell you the party at the Model Home last night was a huge success.
It gave everyone in Sparkling River a chance to meet each other all at once.
The atmosphere was very, very, friendly. Judy, LouAnn and Jaima did a super
wonderful job with all of the food and drink. It made everyone there more than
comfortable. We met many wonderful neighbors and know that we are just
going to love it here. Of course, we already knew that we would love living in
our ECH condo.
Everyone there shared the same opinion that we are delighted with the condos
that we purchased and that ECH did a great job and that SPARKLING RIVER
is the only over 55 condos to live in :)
Again, the party was just grrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat. Thank you and please thank
Judy, LouAnn and Jaima for doing such a great job in making everyone feel so
comfortable. They were a large part in making it a great success.
